Troop 49 went to Camp Baldwin, Oregon for 1 week. At the camp we rode horses (many scouts took the horsemanship Merit Badge), Some scouts went small boat sailing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, rafting. We cooked all of our own food in our campsite. (Good thing Mr. Hazard brought lots of extra food!). One of our scouts cooked us shrimp and grits And it was delicious! We had a cracker barrel and made friends with other troops and played lots of games. During the camp their were two campfire programs hosted by the camp staff and scouts. we saw skits and songs. We earned lots of merit badges and everyone had a great time.
